Enchant creature
Enchanted creature gets +2/+1 and has menace.
Whenever a player's skin or fingernail touches enchanted creature, that player loses 2 life.

Rulings:

1/19/2018 No player loses life for touching Hazmat Suit (Used). The loss of life is only for touching the enchanted creature.
1/19/2018 A card’s sleeve is considered part of the card. Touching the sleeve of the enchanted creature will cause you to lose life.
1/19/2018 You can’t physically force another player to touch a card or touch them with the card. Neither one of these will cause the last ability to trigger.
