: Cuombajj Witches deals 1 damage to any target and 1 damage to any target of an opponent's choice.

Rulings:

• 10/4/2004 In multiplayer games you can choose a different opposing player each time it is used. You also don’t have to choose the same player that you targeted with the effect (or whose creature you targeted).
• 10/4/2004 If either target becomes invalid, the other one is still affected.
• 10/4/2004 Both targets are chosen on activation, but you choose your target before the opponent chooses.
• 10/1/2005 The two targets can be the same.
