When you planeswalk to Furnace Layer or at the beginning of your upkeep, select target player at random. That player discards a card. If that player discards a land card this way, they lose 3 life.Whenever you roll {CHAOS}, you may destroy target nonland permanent.
Rulings:
- 6/1/2012 You can be selected as the target of the first ability, not just your opponents.
- 6/1/2012 If the target player has no cards in their hand when the ability resolves, nothing happens. That player won’t lose any life.
