Fire at Will deals 3 damage divided as you choose among one, two, or three target attacking or blocking creatures.
Rulings:
- 8/1/2008 The number of targets must be at least 1 and at most 3. You divide the damage as you cast Fire at Will, not as it resolves. Each target must be assigned at least 1 damage.
- 8/1/2008 You may target both attacking creatures and blocking creatures as you cast Fire at Will.
