Rulings:

• 11/7/2014 Unlike the other Offerings, you choose the opponents for Volcanic Offering as you cast the spell because those players are involved in choosing the spell’s targets.
• 11/7/2014 The chosen opponent for each effect may choose the same target nonbasic land or creature you don’t control that you did.
• 11/7/2014 You may choose the same opponent for each of the effects, or you may choose different opponents. None of the affected players are targets of the spell.
