Rulings:
- 10/17/2013 Order of Succession doesn’t target any players or creatures. You can choose and gain control of a creature with protection from blue, for example.
- 10/17/2013 It doesn’t matter whether the next player is a teammate or an opponent.
- 10/17/2013 All players will gain control of the creatures they chose simultaneously.
- 10/17/2013 If the next player in the chosen direction controls no creatures, you won’t gain control of anything.
