The converted mana cost of the spell remains unchanged, no matter what the total cost to cast it was.
• 7/12/2019 An opponent’s spell that targets Boreal Elemental more than once costs only <img src="/Handlers/Image.ashx?size=small&amp;name=2&amp;type=symbol" alt="2" align="absbottom" /> more to cast.
