+1: Reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a creature card. Put that card into your hand and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.
−11: Put X +1/+1 counters on target creature, where X is your life total. That creature gains trample until end of turn.

Rulings:

2/9/2017 If you don’t have a creature card in your library while resolving Ajani’s second ability, you’ll reveal your library and then randomize it.
2/9/2017 The value of X for Ajani’s third ability is determined only as it resolves. The number of +1/+1 counters on the creature won’t change later if your life total changes.
